    Multi-Strand Tungsten Filaments

    Stranded tungsten wire is a tungsten product of various shapes composed of single or multiple tungsten wires. It has high hardness, high resistivity, low vapor pressure, low evaporation rate, small thermal expansion coefficient, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.

    Tungsten strands are mainly used as raw materials for heating elements, and can also be directly used for heating elements of semiconductors or vacuum devices. Its working principle is to place the thin film material in the heater in the vacuum chamber. Under vacuum conditions, it is heated by the heater (tungsten wire/heater) to evaporate it. After the vapor atoms and molecules escape from the surface of the evaporation source, there is little it is impacted and hindered by other molecules or atoms, and can directly reach the surface of the substrate to be plated.
