Our molybdenum rods are made of high-purity molybdenum powder, with less impurity content in the billet, high sintering density, large deformation of the forged finished product, and good control of the forging process. Our molybdenum rods have the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, high density, fine grain size, and easy processing.
Molybdenum rods can be divided into:
• Pure molybdenum rod: the molybdenum content is greater than 99.95%.
• High-temperature molybdenum rod (molybdenum-lanthanum alloy rod): 0.4~1.2% lanthanum, and the molybdenum content is the balance except for impurities.
• TZM molybdenum rod: 0.4~0.6%Ti, 0.07~0.12%Zr, 0.01~0.05%C.
