Product Description

Tungsten bolts, nuts and washers are mainly used in high temperature melting furnaces, sintering furnaces, heating furnaces and other high temperature environments. The reason is mainly because of the high temperature resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient of tungsten materials, the melting point of tungsten products can reach 3410 ℃. In use, tungsten bolts should pay attention to their fragile characteristics, and are not suitable for use in machines with high-intensity vibration, but are more suitable for use in static environments.

Tungsten bolts are typically made from tungsten alloys in accordance with ASTM B777, 90% to 97% pure tungsten alloyed with nickel and copper or nickel and iron. Fasteners can also be made from pure tungsten.
