Glass And Rare Earth

Molybdenum electrodes can be used in the production of daily glass, optical glass, thermal insulation materials, glass fibers, and rare earth smelting. Molybdenum electrodes have high high temperature strength, good high temperature oxidation resistance and long service life.

The main component of molybdenum electrode is molybdenum, which is obtained by powder metallurgy process. The international common molybdenum electrode composition content is 99.95%, and the density is greater than 10.15g/cm3 to ensure the quality of the glass and the service life of the electrode. Commonly used molybdenum electrodes have a diameter from 20mm to 152.4mm, and a single length can reach 1500mm.

The use of molybdenum electrodes to replace the original heavy oil and gas energy can effectively reduce environmental pollution and improve the quality of glass.

Our company can provide molybdenum electrodes with black surface, alkali washed surface and polished surface. Please provide drawings for customized electrodes.
