What are your main ports of delivery? Which international trade terms do you support?

We typically ship from major ports in China (such as Shanghai and Guangzhou). We are familiar with and flexibly support multiple international trade terms, including FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW, and can choose the most suitable transaction method according to your needs.

What is the typical production and logistics cycle?

Shipping is usually arranged within 7-10 business days. For customized products, the delivery time will be confirmed separately, based on the specific quantity and complexity. We will always maintain transparent communication with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer). For small orders, we also support platforms such as PayPal and WeChat.

What if I find a quality problem with the product after receiving it?

We offer a quality guarantee for all our products. If you discover any quality issues, please notify us within 7-14 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photos/videos as evidence. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or deduction from your payment for subsequent orders, as per your request.
