The metal diaphragm is a circular, membrane-shaped, elastic, sensitive element that will elastically deform when subjected to axial load or pressure. The metal diaphragm is usually made of high-quality metal materials, such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, or nickel alloy. These materials offer excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and durability, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

There are three main types of metal diaphragms: striped, dome-shaped, or flat. Corrugated diaphragms are the most widely used, but corrugated diaphragms require matching molds for mass production. They have a large deformation capacity and a linear characteristic curve.
