Metal diaphragm

The metal diaphragm is an sensitive elastic element with a thin shell elastomer diaphragm with a circular film shape. When the two sides of the diaphragm are subjected to different pressures (or forces), the diaphragm moves to the side with low pressure, so that the center has a certain displacement related to the pressure difference.

②Titanium membrane

Applicable environment: sodium, potassium, ammonium, seawater; potassium hydroxide (concentration less than 50%), ammonium hydroxide, barium hydroxide solution. Hydrochloric acid (concentration less than 40%).

③Tantalum membrane

Applicable environment: chlorine dioxide, ferric chloride, hypochlorite, sodium, cyanide, acetic acid, etc.; oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid (including fuming nitric acid) and aqua regia, at temperatures below 80 degrees Celsius.
